◪ For making hot-sealing hot-cutting T-Shirt bags like HDPE and LDPE roll films in two lines.
◪ Back feeding adopts inverter motor friction wheel tension to control driving and pneumatic loading, swing bar angle auto-controlled by sensor, auto adaptation to machine production speed.
◪ Individual feeding structures for two lines, with servo motor control by Panasonic Japan，Individual color mark sensor controlled by SICK Germany.
◪ The machine has programmable controller by Omron PLC, touch screen display and operation.
◪ New design sealing bar structure with elastic connection that decreases deform of hot-sealing bar significantly. If the sealing bar needs to be cleaned, invert the sealing bar 180 degrees for easy cleaning, which is safe and reliable for maintenance.
◪ Auto film jam and no-film detection for sealing bar of two lines separately, auto stop and alarming function.
◪ Auto punching device used pneumo-hydraulic pressure cylinder for punching, with low noise and low air consumption.
◪ Options: E.P.C., puncher folding device.
