◪ For making laminated film three-side -sealing bags doypack bags of BOPP, PE and CPP.
◪ The film loading adopts E.P.C., with auto tension control.
◪ Back feeding adopts inverter and the swing bar angle auto-controlled by sensor, which auto-adapts to machine production speed.
◪ It uses servo motors as film feeding synchronized conveying structure and mark sensor for printing mark tracing.
◪ The machine has programmable PLC for center control system and touch screen for clear display and easy operation.
◪ Multiple sets of up/down vertical sealing and heating assemblies, 3 sets of up/down horizontal sealing and heating assemblies, PLC programmable controller for auto temperature control, which ensures nice and reliable sealing lines for different thickness and materials.
◪ It has functions such as auto jam detection, no-film feeding detection and color mark tracking detection, touch screen display and machine auto stop.
◪ Static removal device is used for easy stacking and collection of bags.
