◪ The rear feeding is unwound by air shaft, with the unwinding tension controlled by high-precision magnetic powder, coil diameter tested by ultrasound. The maximum unwinding diameter is 800mm.

◪ The rear towing is driven by inverter, with the rocker angle automatically controlled by a sensor, auto adaptive to machine production speed.

◪ It is equipped with Yaskawa servo motor, Omron PLC control, touch screen, ensuring stable bag delivery and accurate bag length.

◪ The machine is designed with fly cutter, controlled by Yaskawa (Japan) servo motor, and the fly cutter blade is easy to replace.

◪ The sealing knife is driven of moving cams, which can adjust the sealing time and motionprofile, ensure the sealing line firm and reliable with tensionless film in hot-sealing; hightransmission efficiency, low loss.

◪ The new design enables laminated stacking in a uniform, stable and neat way.
