I, Functions & Features:
1.Available for producing heat-sealing and cold-cutting bottom-sealing bag and T-shirt bag with tube film materials like HDPE, LDPE and PP.
2.Back feeding adopts AC motor separately for 2 lines and photocells to auto-control and auto-adapt to the production speed. This controls the tension while sealing.
3.The main structure uses servo motor and photo cell from SICK, ensuring the accuracy of production.
4.The new-designed sealing bar structure can control pressure and sealing time separately. Also, high-precision temperature meter is used for automatic control, ensuring beautiful and stable sealing line.
5.Static remover is installed for easy bag collection and folding.
