It adopts servo motor and photocell.The back feeding adopts AC motor driving, swing bar angle auto-controlled by sensor, auto-adaptation to machine production speed.Meanwhile, the static removal device is used for easy stacking of end products.
LONGHUA automatic plastic film folding machine suitable for folding single layer plastic film of BOPP, PP, CPP, PE and OPP.
The unreeling adopts E.P.C. with auto unreeling tension.It has programmable PLC and touch screen for clear display and easy operation.
The folding structure adopts magnetic clutch structure with tension auto-controlling by PLC. It has functional assemblies such as ultrasound film pressing and BOPP add-on.
